Bourbon Barrel Aged
The richness and bite of Kentucky bourbon plus the warmth imparted by the oak barrel meld with the sweetness of our raw honey to create our decadent Bourbon Barrel Aged Honey. Try it on baked goods, soft and semi firm cheeses, vanilla ice cream, or as a component of bourbon cocktails. Lavender
Our lavender infused honey combines the herbal warmth of lavender with the sweetness of raw honey. An excellent tea companion (we heartily recommend peppermint), it also makes a great drizzle for fruit salads and baked desserts as well as pairing well with soft cheeses. Hot Honey

Raspberry Lemon
The perfect blend of tart raspberry and lemon with the sweetness of honey, our Raspberry Lemon Creme Honey will perk up your baked goods, toast, and soft cheeses. Creme or whipped honey is churned in a large mixer to give it a thick spreadable texture; our creme honeys do not contain any dairy, emulsifiers, flavoring or oils.
